Prevailing

This is a small mixed-media sculpture as a tribute to Nature.

I call this quirky, amusing sculpture “Prevailing” as my interpretation on how Nature manages the stuff we add to her floor such as cigarette butts and concrete.   Through these Nature pushes through and “paints” and “embroiders” with her own varied materials.  Man disposes, Nature composes.

I have used paper and acrylic paint; fibre and plaster….and an up cycled cup.
