While visiting Kew Gardens on a sunny day I lay down on the grass under a tree. looking up through branches and leaves I observed colours and shapes dancing through the light with gaps revealing the sky. This is an attempt to interpret that experience. It has been painted in oils and alkyd for a soft, gentle effect.
The sides have been painted, making it ready to hang..
